This website does not collect personal health information, and nothing you type into a form on this site is recorded by any outside company.

We use measurement tools that help us understand how people find and use the site, so we can improve it: TruConversion (page-layout analytics), Cloudflare (traffic statistics), and WebAbility (an accessibility widget that also scans page contrast). These tools set cookies on your device and record the pages you view, the website that referred you, and your browser, screen, and time-zone settings. Some of them store this information on servers in the United States, where it may be subject to United States law. Tools that help our pages appear in search engines and AI assistants read only our public page content and receive no information about you.
